Incubation timeline

This 2-year incubation journey is designed to provide space tech startups with comprehensive support, mentorship, and resources, empowering them to accelerate their growth and success in the dynamic and challenging space industry.
The incubation program offers a strategic roadmap to navigate the complexities of building a successful space tech startup and reaching for the moon and beyond.



Month 1 - 2

Strategy Definition

  • Calibration: Assess startup’s current status and potential.
  • Goals Definition: Set clear and ambitious objectives for the incubation period.
  • Mentor Strategy: Receive feedback from experienced mentors to guide the startup.

Months 3 - 10

Tech Development

  • Founding Team Development: Strengthen the founding team and define roles.
  • Market Analysis and Segmentation: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities.
  • Technology Roadmap: Develop a detailed plan for technology development.
  • Investor Readiness: Prepare the startup for potential investor engagements.

Months 11 - 19
